• Valuation Calculation - An estimate of value that explains the valuation methods used including supporting schedules. This type of limited scope report is appropriate for estate planning, review of buy-sell agreements, and estimating value for the sale or purchase of a business.
  
  
• Full Valuation Report - A narrative report that includes all the details relevant to the business valuation. Full valuation reports are USPAP compliant and are defensible for filings before the Internal Revenue Service. These reports are appropriate for all valuation purposes and are required for ESOPs, gift or estate tax valuations, and charitable giving.
